"Polar Postal Service"
__________________________
As required for competition, this gingerbread project was made completely from edible ingredients except the
board on which it sits.
"Polar Postal Service" did not meet the deadline to be entered in Grove Park Inn Resort and Spa's
2008
National Gingerbread Competition.
Instead, it was displayed at the entrance of
Sam's Club of Asheville
through the holiday season.

Santa and Mrs. Claus

Santa's and Mrs. Claus' chairs on each side of the pot-bellied stove. Mail bags from different countries over-flowing with letters to be
read. Mail in pigeon holes on wall
for residents (elves).
We think Santa and Mrs. Claus
must have gone out to eat dinner
while we showed off their mail room.
The elves are waiting
anxiously for them to return.
